Mariana Fitzmaurice is a partner at ADS, which she joined in 2008.
With over 14 years of investment banking experience, she has been involved in a wide variety of transactions, including strategic sales, acquisitions, and capital raising.
Ms. Fitzmaurice has executed numerous transactions across several industry sectors including education, infrastructure, energy, financial institutions, industrials, retail, real estate, and telecom, among others.

Isauro Alfaro

Isauro Alfaro is a founding partner of ADS, the leading independent M&A and restructurings advisory firm in Mexico.
Before founding ADS, Mr. Alfaro was a Managing Director and Head of Credit Suisse Mexico. He was also Co-Head of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Mexico (DLJ) before its acquisition by Credit Suisse (CSFB). Prior to joining DLJ, he was Managing Director and Head of Salomon Brothers Mexico and head of investment banking at OBSA Serfin.
Mr. Alfaro has extensive investment banking experience and has been involved in a wide variety of transactions, including cross-border M&A, privatizations, restructurings, and international debt and equity financings. Additionally, he is a Senior Advisor to The Blackstone Group in Mexico.
Mr. Alfaro received a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM (first in his Class) and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Ricardo Dávila

Mr. Dávila is a founding partner of ADS with 28 years of investment banking experience.
Before co-founding ADS in 2003, Mr. Dávila was at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in México where he worked with both the Investment Banking and Fixed Income Groups. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Dávila worked in the investment banking groups of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) and HSBC James Capel in New York, where he was involved in a wide array of transactions including cross-border acquisitions, exclusive sales, mergers and restructurings.
Mr. Dávila has sourced and executed numerous transactions across several industry sectors including oil & gas, energy, financial institutions, consumer products, retail, building materials, telecom, automotive, steel, real estate and metals and mining, among others.
Mr. Dávila received a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from ITESM and an MBA from Stern School (Stern Scholar) of Business at New York University.

Pedro Scherer

Pedro Scherer is a partner of ADS, the leading independent M&A and restructurings advisory firm in Mexico.
Before joining ADS, Mr. Scherer was Managing Director of investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 17 years both in Mexico and New York.
Mr. Scherer has 23 years of investment banking experience in a wide variety of transactions, including strategic sales, public debt and equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions and debt restructurings.
Mr. Scherer received a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad de Guadalajara, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Master's Degree in Law from Boston University.

Mr. García Triana has executed numerous transactions across several industry sectors including transportation and logistics, consumer goods, telecommunications, automotive, infrastructure, retail, personal care, real estate and tourism, among others.
Received an MBA from IPADE Business School and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin.
